These Terms govern the use of DigitalBandhu, a School Management System provided by Waah Technologies.

1. Role of the Parties

1.1 School as Data Owner

The School is the sole owner and controller of all data uploaded to the platform.

1.2 Company as Service Provider

Waah Technologies provides only the technical platform and acts solely as a data processor.

2. Data Upload Responsibility

2.1 School Responsibility

The School is fully responsible for uploading, managing, and maintaining data accuracy.

2.2 Parental / Guardian Consent

• Parents/guardians must be informed
• Consent must be obtained before uploading student data

2.3 No Company Liability

Waah Technologies bears no liability for unauthorized or unlawful data uploaded by schools.

2.4 Teacher Data

The School must ensure teacher/staff consent for digital data storage.

3. User Responsibilities

Students & Parents

• Responsible usage only
• No unauthorized access

Teachers

• Access only assigned data
• No data sharing or misuse

School Administrators

• Control access rights
• Protect login credentials

4. Company Responsibilities

• Provide the software platform
• Maintain uptime (as per SLA)
• Apply security updates
• Provide customer support

5. Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineering
• Unauthorized access
• Illegal or harmful content
• Credential sharing

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property belongs exclusively to Waah Technologies.

7. Termination

Access may be suspended for violations, misuse, or non-renewal.

8. Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the last three (3) months.

9. Governing Law

Laws of India apply. Jurisdiction: Courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
