A. Student Data

• Name, Class, Section
• Father’s & Mother’s Name
• Mobile Number, Address
• Attendance, Homework, Timetable
• Fee status (paid / pending)

B. Teacher Data

• Name, Phone Number, Qualification
• Assigned classes
• Attendance & Leave records

C. School / Admin Data

• School Name & Registration Number
• Contact details
• Users created by school

D. Automatically Collected Data

• Device information
• IP address
• Browser & OS
• Login logs

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• Aadhaar, PAN
• Bank or card details
• Government-issued IDs

3. Data Usage

Data is used only to operate the service, provide features, notifications, security, and system improvements. We never sell or rent personal data.

4. Legal Basis (DPDP Act, 2023)

• Student data → provided by school with parental consent
• Teacher data → provided with teacher’s consent

5. Data Storage & Security

• Secure servers located in India
• Encrypted passwords
• HTTPS / SSL protection

6. Data Retention

• Student data retained until student leaves the school
• Pass-out student data retained up to 3 years

7. Children’s Data

Children’s data is collected only through schools, never directly from minors.
